Whether for mining, food, water treatment, chemicals, lifting equipment or intralogistics, since 1999 anyone in Brazil who needs powerful, future-proof drive technology , has turned to NORD DRIVESYSTEMS BRASIL LTDA . The Brazilian subsidiary was founded on 5 July 1999 is now located in the town of Guarulhos near São Paulo. "Thanks to our large stocks and our great flexibility we can implement the best possible individual solution for our customers within a very short time", says manager Claudio Falcão.

Since the foundation 20 years ago, there have been large investments in the location. Now, about 15,000 to 20,000 devices are produced annually – twice as many as five years ago. Claudio Falcão expects similar growth in the future and expects an increase of at least 40 % in the next three years. "The main trend is for high efficiency products which enable good energy savings and reduce overall costs for our customers", says Falcão. Just recently NORD Brazil has extended its portfolio with new energy efficient IR3 motors.
